Our family eat quite a big and probably healthy breakfast every morning. Quite often my husband makes it, like this morning, or I make it, when my husband is having a walk outside with Aku. Our breakfast includes porridge for my husband and children, Turkish yoghurt for me. We all add a little homemade apple jam and husband and childrean add even a little berry yoghurt in their porridge. Sometimes we eat a sanwich as well, but usually not. Every morning we eat fruit and vegetables and in summertime fresh berries. Our children drink chocolate, my husband tea and I have a cup of stark, black coffee without any sugar. We all drink a glass of juice. We eat a lot in the morning! How about you? Do you have breakfast or do you just take a cup of coffee?
